Controversions
Sometimes a supervisor objects to paying a claim for continuation of pay, either for one of the reasons provided by regulations or for some other reason. This action is called controversion.
Pay Continuation
The FECA provides that an employee's regular pay may be continued up to 45 calendar days of wage loss.
Accommodation
When injured employee(s) is physically able to return to work with limitations the employer must make any job offer in writing.
